FRIENDS OF NEWMAN HAWAIʻI

The members the Newman Center community at the UH Mānoa campus have endeavored to support the continued operations and growth of campus ministry. This support and the desire to stabilize the financial resources of the Newman Center led to the formation of FNCH which is an organization that qualifies as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The purpose of FNCH is to…
• Provide support for The Newman Center at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, hereinafter referred to as “The Newman Center”, whose mission is to provide educational, religious and charitable services to university students in Hawaiʻi
• Increase public awareness of The Newman Center
• Sponsor activities and events in support of The Newman Center

Membership in the Friends is open to any person who supports the purpose of FNCH. The annual dues are just $100 per person per year and registration forms are available. The Friends financial goal is the establishment of a $1 million endowment to secure the future of Newman Center and its mission.

We welcome you to join the Friends and to be involved in the continued stability and growth of this most important ministry.
